Standard Service -$279
Our pricing is simple; only $279 for all single
hard drives or other medium, any OS. The only other
cost involved is return shipping and a portable
hard drive to backup your data. We offer Western
Digital's line of portable "Passport"
external drives at competitive pricing. A data recovery
support specialist will keep you posted with updates
on the progress of your case.
Priority 24/7 Service -$1200
Our pricing for priority 24/7 service is $1200
per hard drive. An Engineer is assigned to your
case 24/7 until complete. You will have direct contact
with the engineer during the entire process. All
RAID cases are considered priority because of the
complexity and time required to complete such cases
within a reasonable time frame. Please call us for
more details.
Case Completion
Once complete, your data will be shipped back to
you on an external drive, and your failed drive
will be held until you confirm that you have received
all of your valuable data. Once confirmed, you can
either have your original medium shipped back to
you, or it can be securely destroyed.
Discounted Pricing on Return Medium
Clients must purchase one of the hard drives below
for safe data return. If you provide your own return
medium, it must be USB-powered (power-independant)
and free of any data. For security reasons, all
return medium will be formatted before copying your
recovered data. For the safety of our own equipment,
we will not transfer the data to an externally-powered
device.
